I have done this many times bfore, but this time i hit a dent that i havent seen bfore...
when i run it like i have so many times bfore, in the terminal:
wine World-of-Warcraft-Setup-enGB.exe
it starts spamming me with this:

fixme:wininet:CommitUrlCacheEntryInternal entry already in cache - don't know what to do!
im guessing this is prolly something that is really easy to correct, i just have no clue how to
