Problem Installing Wine on Ubuntu 12.10

I can't install Wine. The terminal returns weird stuff that I can't understand at all. Please help me. I am really new in Ubuntu Linux. I just installed it yesterday. Help me guys :( I uploaded a screenshot of it.

This is a packaging/package manager issue. Ask for help on the Ubuntu forum.
