Can I update firmware of mobile phone?

Hi everyone,

I have Ubuntu 64-bit running Wine 1.4. I'd like to run software which updates firmware on my Motorola Razr mobile phone.

Is that possible?

P.S. the phone has mini-USB port.

I doubt it. The only way to find out for sure is to try, and I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you're comfortable with the possibility that it will brick your phone.
