Dependency error while installing WINE

Every time I try to install "WINE" VIA the Software Center on Ubuntu 12.10, I get this error:

When I try installing it VIA the terminal, this is what I get:

I have also tried installing VIA Synaptics, Ubuntu Tweak, and by downloading the .deb file, and installing it with both the Software Center, and gdebi. How can I fix this?

Packages are built and maintained by the distros; report the problem to Ubuntu.
