Problems to install WineHQ on Meego

Hi guys... first... i need to say: my language is the spanish and im not good with the english... so... sry if icant explain my problem...

Second... i cant install wineHQ on my meego... i try to found archives but i cant foun them and an optional so is fedora but i cant found these archives too :/

So... how i can install wineHQ?

Hi,

A quick search on the web for "wine for MeeGo" gave some interesting results.

There are instructions there on how to install wine on MeeGo.

Note: The name of the application is wine not wineHQ.

Hi, I have the same problem. I tried the instructions on meego forum but the stuff that it should install (yum install gcc flex *glib* *diff* liboil*dev* make
yum install gcc-c++ bison libxml2-devel) simply dont work, it says no package available. Can anyone please help me?

This is not a Wine question; it is a repository/package issue. Ask for help on the Meego forum.

You probably have to enable a repository, but only an experienced Meego user can tell you which one, and you are unlikely to find one here.

I navigate others sites in search of the meego's expert... but... nobody answer. And yes, in that tutorial says "yum" but "yum" don't exist on the meego terminal :S

I dont know whats happen and if a meego's expert read this, PLZ HELP!

AFAICT, Meego is a dead project, so you are unlikely to find any experts here or anywhere else. My suggestion would be to switch to a distro that is still actively being developed.
