InstallShield error

I'm trying to install Civilization IV in Fedora 17 64 bits. Wine 1.5.11is installed from the repository. When I launch setup.exe, be it from the command line with "wine setup.exe" or by the nautilus interface I get the error in the attached image. I tried this suggestion with the same error.

Any ideas?
