Wine fonts blurry in program interface but not in menus.

This is a strange problem with font rendering I am having in Wine running in Arch. I am using the infinality font rendering patches and they work nicely with wine. The menu fonts and window decoration fonts (baically all fonts with the grey wine background) are sharp and normal. But fonts withint the program are garbled and blurry (see pic). This is a problem I am only having under Arch. In Crunchbang linux they show up fine as if it were windows.

Am I missing some libraris or a program?

wine reads fontconfig for subpixel rendering, i'd guess your arch has fontconfig installed and e.g. your crunchbang doesn't?
