It "seemed" to work, though I did get this situtation with the dotnet35 install where it just "hung", but when I pressed control-c, it stopped the current operation and just continued in a "normal" fashion.
But, I also neeed dotnet40, so I tried:
./winetricks dotnet40
At first, it complained about a missing "gacutil-net40.tar.bz2" file, so I got it and put it in the folder that it recommended. (/root/.cache/winetricks/dotnet40).
I trhen tried again:
./winetricks dotnet40
But it just utlimately gave me an a windows message saying "Setup encountered an error....would you like to send" etc. The dump of the console didn't help either. Please see below.
Any ideas?
