How to install DirectX in Linux using Wine

Hello, hope you guys can help me. i try to run directx on wine so I followd this steps how to install directx in this topic

I set the wine configurator, got the dll files, and install the directx.
The problem is it didnt ask me to reboot and when i follow this command as he instructed "wine ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/dxdiag.exe" it didnt open. The direct diagnostic tools didnt show up. i check the wine uninstall software and the directx was there. PROBLEM: the dxdiag.exe file didnt open when i test it to open the Directx diagnostic tools. Need Help. Thanks

Outside howtos are not supported here. Ask the person who wrote it for help.

Installing all of directx is not recommended; it is better to install the just the dlls you need. Use winetricks.
