OCX Registration Issues

Trying to register a couple of OCX files but I am getting an error.

err:module:import_dll Library KERNELBASE.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\windows\\system32\\MFC42.DLL") not found
err:module:import_dll Library MFC42.DLL

Any ideas?
