Brush tool in Photoshop CS5 on Ubuntu 12.04

Post by nockdown »

Sorry for my poor English

Kubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
wine 1.5.5
photoshop cs5

I have the same problem as is described:
-The brush tools are acting erratic for me as well. Most of the time, when I click and drag, it will register the click, and draw a dot, but will not register the drag and only draw that dot.
appdb.winehq.org
I've noticed that when I try to use brush tool in by dragging the left mouse button I cannot get continous effect on photos. It only effects the area I click with mouse.
In the screenshot all the time I was holding the left mouse button but it only affected the image once, creating dots instead of lines.

How about the solution? Is it only the bug of ubuntu 12.04? What can I undertake? :?:

Known bug: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29871

There's a patch attached to the bug report that you could try.

dimesio, great thank!
As I understood, there is only one way: apply the patch in the wine source directory and then build your own wine.

I'll try. Let's see what will be
