I have been playing Warcraft 3 (Dota) on Ubuntu for some time, and i noticed that whenever i host a game via Garena, or Battle net, everyone i complaining about how it lags a lot, and how it is unplayable. Then i switch to mu windows machine, and i host a game from it, and everything is fine. No one says a word. I did that couple of times with different games and with the same result.
The only thing i could get from this is that the problem lays in wine or my Ubuntu. I had windows before on my now Linux PC and everything seemed to be fine with Warcraft, and other games alike.
Any advice towards solving this problem will be very much appreciated.
