Running World of Warcraft Cata in Wine..clicking issue

Ok so this is the first time this has happened to me. For some reason anytime after I alt-tab out of WoW (windowed at 1900 x 1080 which is my monitor resolution) and back in if I then go to the Quest box and try to click a quest or certain other items within WoW it acts as if I wasn't clicking. Just started recently and happens across multiple distros (Linux Mint and PC Linux OS). Currently running PC Linux OS with latest updates. I use QT4Wine Launcher to launch my programs but don't have any specific changes it makes to things from normal wine config aside from adding -opengl at the end of the command to run. Any ideas? If you need me to post more info just ask.
