Locking wine
Is there a way that i passlock wine? Or restrict the access to it in any way? Make it more private.

Sure, but you need that from outside of wine, Linux tools can do that. It all depends on *what exactly* you want to achieve, and why.
The simplest way would be to make your .wine folder not accessible for other users, although root will still be able to access it.
Another option is encryption, like using veracrypt to create a virtual device, where you can put you wine installation on.
