Values are multiplied by 100x

Hi,

I type a value, for example, "10,00". I see in the screen "10,00" but
when print that value is multiplied by 100x resulting: "1000,00".

What can I do?

I type in a graphic program Sisupfor [1]. It is an application that
uses a mdb file. Its prints by clicking in a printer icon.

Could you say what I have to put in this fields, because I tried some values but couldn't pass the first screen

. I always get "CGC Invalido! Favor Digitar Novamente". I didn't understand a word in this app. Is there an English version available?

Bairro: ???
CEP: ???
UF: ??? Municipio: ???

Is this the right app?

Did you try commas for the decimal separator? In many languages a
thenth is 0,1 (instead of the english 0.1). The separator key on the
numerical keypad might differ als well, use the letter/main keypad
instead.
