I've tried a number of WinXP themes on my Wine config and all of them display the same issue – titlebar still looks like Windows 98/2000.

What can I do in order to get this working?
I'm using Wine 7.6 on Arch Linux.
Themes don't affect the titlebar

Since the colour changes according to the theme I'd say it is working.

Color changes, but it's still the very basic 9x look. On Windows XP titlebar looks different, so it's not working as it should.

I don't think Wine implemented it yet, that's something they could merge from ReactOS

For now, you can use your desktop environment's window decoration instead (virtual desktop must be disabled). It'll not gonna decorate every window from Wine, but it'll in most cases.
