Installing MSI with wine

Hi Team,

I am new to Linux and Fedora v31 desktop and would like to have and MSI installed for our Softphone application. In Windows, when we install the MSI, it installs the files in "C:\Users\**USER**\AppData\Roaming\" and "C:\Users\**USER**\AppData\Local" -but in Fedora, this is not the case. The all the files will be written in "/home/.wine/drive_c/C:/Program Files (x86)" and NOT in "/home/.wine/drive_c/**USER**/AppData/Roaming" NOR "/home/.wine/drive_c/**USER**/AppData/Roaming"

Is it possible to install the MSI with wine in linux and have the files written to "/home/.wine/drive_c/**USER**/AppData/Roaming" and "/home/.wine/drive_c/**USER**/AppData/Roaming" ?

Could you share a link to the msi file so I can simulate the problem?
