Did you do
wget -q http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/387EE263.gpg -O- | sudo
apt-key add -
as recommended at
http://winehq.org/site/download-deb

Yea... i guess i kinda forgot to do the first part and went ahead to the distro version >.< Anyway took care of that...tried installing Adobe Photoshop CS3 (lastest version of it) it claimed i needed to repair the Jscript or something... I suppose it was wishful thinking that i could get it installed >.<

That's for sure. Photoshop CS3 is nowhere near installing.

No. Look at the rating in the appdb:

CS2 is platinum; CS3 is bronze/garbage.
