folder next to the executable

i read somehwere on internet that the archive was just badly extracted, which i doubbt i tried extracting it from GUI same error, also tried from terminal with command

Isn't Plague inc available for Linux? At lease the version I know of is on Steam for Linux, and I don't know of a standalone version.

Also, if the log says that there "should be 'setup_Data' folder next to the executable", then it most likely is the error. Probably a broken archive. Where did you get it from?

yes it was bad archive i extracted it correctly now and i got this error

Clearly the Plague Inc: Evolved FAQ says that a native Linux version is available...
