How to install .NET Framework (all versions over 3)

Upon installing .NET Framework 4.0, I quickly realized I had installed the wrong one, but upon opening the uninstaller, I found no option for .NET. This is troublesome because the new version I am trying to install (.NET 4.0 Full) will not install without me uninstalling the other versions. I tried going into drive_c in the wine directory and deleting all the .NET files, and even reinstalling wine and winetricks, but none of them seemed to work. Where and how would I uninstall the previous versions of .NET?

Just delete your wine prefix and start a new one?
