I needed to edit a post but could not find the edit button despite it being specifically permitted in the area at the bottom right of the screen and also allowed in the FAQs section. I know I may be crazy but I searched on my post page and just can't find it. Could someone tell me where it is please.
Update: After submitting this post the Edit button was immediately shown/available for this post but it's not there for my yesterday's post viewtopic.php?f=8&t=30370.

There is a 45 minute time limit on editing posts.

May I suggest this being extended to 48 hours, I only picked up my omission on the following day when I was checking the post.

No; that would make it too easy for spammers to add spam to posts after making it through moderation. If you need to add something after the edit time is up, just reply to your own post.
