Wine Configuration - Drive Mapping - Linux Mint 18.3

Post by AlexRedLeader »

Hello,

I would like to know how to fix this issue/glitch whatever you call it:
I installed DBpoweramp and successfully made it work, including CDrom detection. In order to detect it, I have to open Wine configuration then select autodetect drive mapping, then click Apply, then OK, to make Wine detect all drives available on my computer.
However, everytime I quit the Wine Configuration window, everything is reset when I launch Wine Configuration back.
In short, if i want to use DBpoweramp, I am forced to keep Wine Configuration running at the same time.

I also tried to add my CD drive manually, but to do so, I have to browse at "Device", but unfortunately, this option is greyed out.

Can you help me fix either issue so I can enjoy my ripping software without wasting time configuring wine?

Thanks

Best regards.
