WINE ON UBUNTU 14.04

Hello yes I am trying to get Wine on Ubuntu 14.04 trusty but for some reason it doesn't work, any help? When I attempt to put in the commands it never works :?: :!:

Have you followed the instructions on https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu/? If not, please do. If those instructions are what you are having trouble with, post terminal output from running the commands.
