@wine devs. Please add dotnet 4.6. Quicken deluxe 2017 seems to need it. Thanks.

Install it with winetricks.

I am using PlayOnLinux it only has dotnet45 are you sure wine even goes up to dotnet 46? Maybe they haven't added it yet.

.NET is a Microsoft product; Wine does not include it and never will. The Wine replacement for .NET is wine-mono, but that doesn't work very well for newer versions of .NET, so you have to install Microsoft's .NET. You can do that, as I said, with current versions of winetricks. If your version of winetricks doesn't include it, you need to upgrade winetricks.

PlayOnLinux is not supported here; if you have problems with it, complain on their forum.
