Will Wine enable this program to run?

I use Macs and no nothing much about PCs. I am trying to help someone out. She has a Windows laptop that she dropped and is now defunct. She uses it for only one thing, which is to run the software for a foot pressure plate analyser. The demo software is at http://www.amcube.co.uk/downloads/demo-software/ and I can't see anywhere on the site that says whether it is Windows only, but I downloaded the demo software and it is a .exe file.

She is thinking of replacing her now-defunct laptop with a Mac because her office machine is an iMac.

Will WINE enable the software to run on a Mac?

Will Wine run on iOS - on an iPad?

Assuming it would run on an iPad, how would she get the info off the SD card and onto an iPad. She tells me the card is needed to authorise the software for the first time it is used. I've put a photo of the card on Cloudup - here: https://cloudup.com/cZQ5k6UVttR

The demo installs on my system but does not run. One of the things it installs is a driver, so this software is unlikely to ever work in Wine, as Windows hardware drivers don't work in Wine.

Wine does not run on iOS.
