Wine with full package installed

Any1 explain this, why for today we need find and install manual diffrent library,frameworks etc.(like .NET directx, dlls)? After installing the wine itself I should get a full package of installed files that are required on windows, and so we are playing in the search to install files to not appear bugs. I do not mind installing the libraries or frameworks manually, but to have a package like directx, .NETs, VC runtimes, fonts etc.

Because not all functions are yet implemented and there are bugs in the ones that are.
