Fallout 1 Graphical Issue when running in Wine

Post by smithmummy »

Been trying to set up Fallout 1 in Wine. The game loads and everything is fine except for the fact that everything is in a weird greyscale and looks all static as if none of the textures are loading. Using a legit download from GOG and I'm not sure what the issue is. Will post pictures if needed. Anyone know a fix?

  • What's the output from:

    Code: Select all

    glxinfo | grep OpenGL
  • Do you have the 32-bit driver libraries installed for your graphics card?
  • Have you tried the ddraw override - see the comments for WineHQ AppDB: Fallout / gog.com ?
