Dear All, I am in the process of doing a dissertation on the use of trojans on linux machines via WINE, does anyone know of any theses out there covering WINE or elements of it ?

Hmmm, only tangentially related (and apparently not updated for 4 years) is the Zero Wine Tryouts tool.
I'm not aware of anything else - being actively researched / developed.
