Hello everybody
I'm just having trouble installing an .net application that acts as a standard DNS server on both, port 53 UDB and TCP.
It seems that the application is unable to open these ports.
Is there a way to accomplish this? My guess is that a wrapper library is already active on these ports or that it is just forbidden to use these.
And I'm root user and expect to start wine applications as root.
