Simulate windows user under Wine

I'm trying to use a program called Enterprise Architect under wine. It's installs and runs just fine, but, in order to access a database where I work, this program authenticates with my Windows user and password. Otherwise i'm not allowed to see it's content. So, the question is, is there a way to create a "user" under wine, so I can log in with my company credentials and grant access to the database? Thanks
