Is there a way to have a portable wine ?

I mean download the wine software, put it on a USB and then to be able to install it on any computer i want, for example my friend s pc when i am outside, without the need of REdownloading wine from the internet

Wine can be run from the build directory, so you can download the source, build it, and copy the build directory to a USB drive. However, any computer you use it on will have to have Wine's dependencies installed, and there may be problems if the libraries are not the same version or in the same location as the system you compiled on.
