How to submit resources to WINE?

I did some work on a bitmap in cryptui and how would I send the modified bitmap to WINE? Should I create a Bugzilla ticket or something else. If it's simple as using Git, I'm sorry. I'm used to SVN and I don't use Git daily. Thanks!

I don't see on that page where tells the user on how to send resources. Unless it's staring right at me and I don't notice it.

AFAIK, yes. Whether it will be accepted is another question. You might want to ask about this on the developer's mailing list.
