Is it possible to change the location of /tmp/.wine-uid?

I want to make /tmp readonly to nonroot users.

Delete it and make it a symlink to wherever you want it to be.

That won't work. I don't want /tmp to be permanent or to set up a script that creates a symlink that symlinks the /tmp/.wine-uid to wherever.
