wine-1.6.2 does not render windows properly on drag and drop

wine-1.6.2 does not render windows properly when i'm trying to drag and drop window (screen attached).
I've made test on another machine with wine-1.4.1 and it does not have such problem.

Is it the bug?

1.6.2 is old; retest in the latest development release.

I've tried latest wine (wine-1.7.46-67-g6b205e4) - the problem is the same. Previous stabe version 1.4.1 does not have such bug.

Found that problem appears in MATE desktop environment. GNOME does not have such issue.
