Tenvis IPROBOT3

Ok so heres what im trying to do...

I have a tenvis IPROBOT3 Camera... which requires windows to view.. after installing a plugin dll called

TVSWebClientplus.ocx - upon installing it i get the following error

"c:\windows\system32\TVSWebclientplus.ocx
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: regserv32 failed with exit code x01"

This plugin is required for PTZ functions and video feed..

how can i resolve this.?

Running ubuntu 14.04

Bump.?? Doesnt seem like it should be a hard thing to fix.?
