Questions about Wine on Android

Back when I was working we had actual hardware emulators - they would execute programs from a different hardware architecture. I know wine is supposed to translate Windows functions to linux functions and is not meant as a hardware emulator. So, I have some Windows programs I would LOVE to run on my Android tablet. The tablet, however, is not of x86 hardware architecture. Is there any way to run such programs in an Android ARM architecture with wine? I think the answer is a big no but it can't hurt to ask
You can't with vanilla Wine. Project Hangover is an attempt to get it working, but is still in very early stages. Exagear is a third party app that uses a customized version of Wine + QEMU. It's not supported here, and I have no idea how well it works.
