Most versions of Internet Explorer have a "garbage" rating in the WineHQ AppDB

Is your Android device ARM or x86? If it's ARM, x86 apps won't run on it, and I'm not aware of any ARM version of IE available for download.

I am running ARM.
IE 11 supports ARM.

Yes, there was an ARM version of IE 11 built into Windows RT, but AFAICT, there is no place to download an installer for it. Neither https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -downloads nor https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -installer mention Windows RT.
