where to download .deb files to install Wine offline

Hi, I can't find where to download Wine .deb files from the site to install them on an offline machine?
I ask for a URL from where to download the .deb files the latest version or where it is located on the site. I can't navigate. I do not see and the Download section of the site . Please help

The files are located in directories under https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/dists/ (for debian) or https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/dists/ (for ubuntu and derivatives). Choose the appropriate codename then... if it were me I'd probably write a script to get the appropriate files rather then search through the hundreds of files. Another option, if you have wine installed on the internet connected machine already, would be to just get them from /var/cache/apt/archives/ -- assuming you have apt configured to keep the package files, I'm not sure whether that's the default or not.
