So the maintainer of a game just deleted the entire history of test data for a particular version of the game, giving various reasons like the Wine version being too old (e.g. 1.x).
Is this how it's supposed to work? It kind of feels like we're wasting people's time on testing and submitting results if they're going to just be deleted, especially when newer test results are not available that suggest old issues have been fixed.
AppDB test data?
Re: AppDB test data?
Maintainers have broad discretion over what to keep and what not to keep. Personally, I keep old test reports for historical reasons, but aggressively delete outdated comments. Others may do it differently. There is no set rule.
