For OpenGL is being used WINE internal OpenGL code or the host OpenGL ?
WINE have any way to configure OpenGL settings ? Not is about ingame OpenGL settings, but settings related with WINE OS.

Try install libglvnd both 32 and 64 bits and reinstall the video driver.
If not happen an fix try Dxvk.

Have you tested Lubuntu 18.04.5 32 bits ? OS use less of 200 MB RAM and you can enable zram.
