Thanks for making wine.
After a normal installation of a win application I'm getting this error at running the program and would appreciate any
help:

$ wine RememBird.exe

X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Major opcode of failed request: 73 (X_GetImage)
Serial number of failed request: 1220
Current serial number in output stream: 1220
This has been traced to improperly installed or incomplete video drivers.

Can you please provide the type of video card you are using and
the drivers for that card.
$ wine --version

Using ubuntu jaunty
Did you use a pre-built installation of Wine or did you build your own?

Thanks for your answer. This is the output of lshw.
I'm using the binary that gets installed by Synaptic after having included
deb http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt jaunty main

in the list of repositories

I fear there is just an issue with your opengl driver setup. Post the top of the log you obtain using: WINEDEBUG=+wgl wine appname.exe &> log

I suspect that it just shows indirect rendering because 32-bit opengl isn't set up correctly (most likely you are missing 32-bit dri libs).

As expected your 32-bit libs haven't been setup correctly. Most likely you don't have the proper 32-bit dri module installed for your GPU. (It should show Intel or Tungten Graphics in the opengl strings and not Mesa software rasterizer)

What do I have to do in order to get the proper dri module? Is there a
a package that I have to install?
Thanks,

Thanks for the diagnostic, but is there anything I could do to solve this problem?
