This means you need to use the windows (native) version of iphlpapi.dll because Wine is missing some functionality. Copy it to ~/.wine/drive_c/system32 then set it to native in winecfg.

That dll is very different from its windows version and not allowed to
be overridden in winecfg for that reason.

I did all that you are speaking today before opening this post already, but when I put the dll and when it appears without error, it is as if she had not updated or that I am making is not compatible.
Download -> http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-f ... l?iphlpapi
put in windows/system32 folder as requested, open the configuration panel, I added in libraries' Iphlpapi.dll '.
And yet still showing the same error, you could be tested and run at once to ensure it will work? now goes to the third day I'm trying to resolve this, it is very important for me to do my business work with linux, but depending on it.
Download Livezilla -> http://www.livezilla.net/downloads/

Try to install and I spend a position than I do, thank you and congratulations on great work.

do not understand ... I put in the folder ~ / .wine / drive_c / system32 as we say and added in the libraries, there is another way of knowing whether this really is loading dll?

No, you'll have to build wine from source, then patch it:

hello good day, I had to format my computer and it took you to respond, I'm still the same problem with the dll: Iphlpapi.dll

http://www.ushost.com.br/wine/error.txt

Some posts to talk in patching up the wine, can you explain more clearly? because I do not know which patch to use or not and how to use ...

Download wine's source code (http://wiki.winehq.org/GitWine) and apply
the patch (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=18322)
(http://wiki.winehq.org/Patching). The build Wine with "./configure &&
make depend && make". You can then test it by using:

$ ~/wine-git/wine your_app.exe

Yes

Save it as a file, e.g., iphlpapi.txt

Then, in ~/wine-git, use:
$ patch -p1 < /path/to/iphlpapi.txt

Then use:
$ ./configure && make depend && make

I did what was spent ($ wget http://winezeug.googlecode.com/svn/trun ... ne-deps.sh
$ sudo sh install-wine-deps.sh
, usuario@alex-ti:~/wine-git$ ./configure && make depend && make ), and then typed:

~/wine-git/wine "C:\Arquivos de programas\SPAUN\LiveZilla\LiveZilla.exe"

Now the error that appears in the app is no longer the same, see:

That's a separate problem. Off hand, looks like a .net problem. Have
you installed dotnet20 (use winetricks).

Is this the program?

I'll take a look at it this afternoon. It's probably a Wine bug,
though it may be that the patch you used isn't complete enough to
satisfy the application.

it's a problem with the patch that GetAdapterAddresses returns return ERROR_CALL_NOT_IMPLEMENTED;

Try change that into ERROR_NO_DATA;

I already posted a comment about that in bugzilla. Greetings
