Bus Error 10, running a Mac

I have a BRAND NEW MacBook Pro with Retina Display. I have some programming knowledge, and I tried following the directions that Wine gave for installing the best I could. Then, when I torrented a game file, extracted it, and tried to run the setup file using wine I got Bus Error 10. I tried installing 7Zip - Bus Error: 10. Every single time. Help! What am I doing wrong? Should I just do a complete reinstall of Wine? Do you think that that will help?
