Eurobattle.net installer not working

I'm trying to install Eurobattle, but it seems to not be installing in wine-1.3.24.
If someone wants to try it, look at this link:

The installer is complaining that it can't open the output file.
My system is: Ubuntu 11.04 - 64 bit.

Hi itried the installer. Looks like a bug in wine. I've opened a bug for this game:

If you're able to build wine yourself, please apply that patch to the
wine sources, and see if it fixes your installer. If it doesn't help, let us know.
