screen/dialog chopped; center monitor; nvidia twinview

- shot_diag_on_right.jpg demonstates the issue [driftmoon installer screen is chopped off]
- Issue is not specific to driftmoon or GOG installer however
- shot_diag_on_left.jpg demonstrates the dialog displays normally when dragged or started on the left monitor

Distribution: Linux Mint 16
Wine version 1.6.1 (same in 1.7)
Monitor setup: Right (Center) screen is 1920x1080
Left is 1680x1050

Is anyone aware of a setting in Xorg for Nvidia Twinview that may help? (disabling left monitor avoids the issue)
