CosmicBreak installer problem

I was going to install CosmicBreak (MMO) but:

I see that problem here, too. I've filed
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31003
for it. If you can rebuild Wine, you can get the
installer to succeed by hacking WinVerifyTrust to return zero.
(This is evil and dangerous.)

BTW, one file installed by that installer, epuninst.exe,
is listed as a trojan horse by clamscan, so be careful.
