Hello, Im migrating to ubuntu 11.10 from windows. Im using wine to run Zbrush 4r2, but I cant manage to make wine recognize my mousepen 8x6 tablet. I tested installing Gimp for windows, but it also does not recognize the tablet.

Inside ubuntu, Gimp and inkscape recognize the tablet just fine.

Does anyone know how can I make it work with wine?

Thanks in advance!

Hi!

Coincindetally does your tablet use the evdev driver? And according to this page your tablet comes with a mouse right?

Welcome in the club. My tablet uses the evdev driver and comes with a mouse too. In my opinion Wine is not compatible with the evdev driver and multiple input devices... I filed the bug here:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30893, you may wote for it...

(Actually if your tablet uses the evdev driver whether or not comes with a mouse it will not work with Wine....At least in my opinion....)
