Can't Download Game - .Net Framework 1.1 Problem

Hey guys, I'm a bit of a noob here so excuse me if this issue has been solved many times before...

I'm trying to download this game called 'The Road 2 Success' and run it through Wine. I have downloaded a couple of other games before and had minimal problems running them.

However with this game it prompts me to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 package. When I try, I get this:



I've searched all over the place and can't really figure out how to do it. Can someone spell out step by step for me how I can download this game? I've been trying for almost a month now and I just can't do it!

I'm guess you have Mono already installed and it's not working and you need real .NET

Make sure you remove Mono (should show up in Wine's uninstaller.exe)
Use Winetricks to install dotnet so it's in there before installing the game.

Sorry, like I said, I'm absolutely useless at this. I have no idea how to use Winetricks, can you walk me through it please?
