So I had WINE and Autocad working fine. Now Xubuntu 13 is no longer supported
So I had to upgrade to Xubuntu 14 and I did so and installed WINE.
Now there is a problem with Autocad this is a most useful tool I need to get this
problem fixed soon. I have tried reinstalling Autocad and tweaking the WINE
configuration nothing fixed the problem. I have not tried reinstalling WINE yet
and I expect that it would not fix things.
Here is the screen error message “Fail to get CommCntrControler”
also here is another error message that appears after Autocad crashes.

There probably is a WINE error log some where that has useful info but I have not identified it
