Outlook hangs on send/receive start

When starting Outlook, send/receive starts, but get stuck on 97 % for a long time. If I cancel send/receive, and press send/receive again, everything works smooth.
Also, emails appear approximately 1 minute earlier on tablet and phone, than in Outlook, even if I repeatingly press send/receive.
Outlook is connected to a hosted Exchange. There is instant response when I ping the server.

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

Same answer as in your thread about printing: if you're not using the latest development release of Wine, upgrade. You also need to reinstall to a clean 32 bit wineprefix. If the problem persists, post terminal output from sending/receiving.
